I've had terrible acid reflux for the past 6 months but ever since I started using this incline pillow I haven't had a sleepless night because of my acid reflux. It's completely changed my life not to be over dramatic but its true. Being able to sleep uninterrupted improved my work productivity, my mood, my overall health and it was all because of this pillow. You have to get used to sleeping on your back but for most people with acid reflux you probably already are used to sleeping on your back. This is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made. I highly recommend it to anyone with acid reflux.

Smaller than I expected, definitely seems overpriced, not a good buy
Received the pillow today and it wasn't as impressive as I had expected. It's not worth the premium price tag. I'd place the value at maybe $30 tops. The pillow is feels like your typical memory foam pillow but really thin, so about 3/4 or 75% of the pillow is of no use for the memory foam feature. Not a recommended buy
